NAME: Plep
Pronounced: plep {like the sound of a large drop of water hitting a lake}
HABITAT: Always live near some body of water
DIET: Carnivore, feeding on small Fish and bugs
SIZE CLASSIFICATION / CLASS: Tiny
LENGTH: 6 inches
WEIGHT: not much
HEIGHT: 7-8 inches
LONGEVITY: 5 years
BEHAVIOUR: Happy, energetic, however are more skittish
MATING HABITS: Plips are able to mate year-round. Often found to return to their same mate every year.
HERDING INSTINCTS: Plips like to live in big groups, and have a very strong social bond. DEFENSE MECHANISMS: Great speed. Plips have no real armor, however are incredibly fast, and able to easily out swim predators.
SEXUAL DIMORPHISM: Very difficult to determine, but it appears as though males are more vibrant in color, where the females are more muted colors and browns.
FEEDING PATTERNS: Plips must eat a lot, almost constantly to keep up the mass energy they need to swim
